I’m an independent layout designer and media engineer specializing in multilingual content management.
Translators typically work their magic in Microsoft Word or a specialized translation application, but most content lives in difficult to use programs such as InDesign and Flash. This is where I come in. I get the words out of difficult-to-use applications and into an easy-to-translate format such as RTF or Word. After translation is complete, I re-integrate the translation into the original format, making sure it’s clean and pretty, and ready to publish.

I’m based in Paris, so if you want to meet up and pick my brain, don’t hesitate to invite me out to a café - especially now that you can’t smoke in them. I’m also willing to ride a Vélib around with you, or go inline skating with you on a Sunday afternoon.
